and should have been black flagged, sidelined and awarded 0 points for the race.

I also think that there should be recompense implemented, too.

If you cause the accident, you pay for all the repairs to the other cars.

Junior's season would be over in the first day.

Correct me if I am wrong but I seem to remember something about a driver getting parked for five laps in the Nationwide race for rough driving. Of course what annoyed me is how D. Waltrip defended him on t.v. My one buddy said that is "bulls**t". His comment after that was, " Junior could walk in and shoot Larry McReynolds in the booth and Darrell Waltrip would still make excuses for him.
